Email addresses and passwords are all case-sensitive, so watch out for upper- and lower-case and make sure caps lock is off. If your password is "Champ1gnon", for example, "champ1gnon" will not be accepted. Please be careful that you don’t mistake "O" (the letter) for "0" (the digit) – some fonts display them similarly.
